Fathi Al Araimi

Fathi Al Araimi is a seasoned Human Resources Professional with over 16 years of experience across various HR functions. Currently serving as HR Manager at CCED and as an HR Account Manager at Shell Development Oman, Fathi specializes in employee relations, performance management, and staff development. Fathi has previously worked as a part-time HR lecturer at Sur University College and held significant roles at Oman LNG L.L.C. and the Royal Air Force. Fathi earned a Master’s degree in HR from Griffith University and a diploma in Communication from the Academic Air Force Studies in Oman.
