Founded in 1986, CCEP is the industry’s premium top-tier open space standards, compliance and certification provider, having pioneered the industry in Australia and New Zealand. We pride ourselves on our ethos of ‘compliant creativity’, to preserve the creativity, usability and aesthetics of open spaces whilst ensuring compliance.

We work actively in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States, with both government and private enterprises, specialising in professional engineering and compliance services, ranging from civil and structural engineering to inspection, risk assessment and certification of open space assets in specialised areas such as playgrounds.

This allows our clients to identify risks and issues upfront and provide best practice solutions and recommendations before redesigning or rectifying.

We provide our services for all types of open spaces from the design phase through to practical completion, including local, regional and national parks, commercial play, childcare and other unique facilities.

CCEP has a National reach/presence that enables us to provide clients with a consistent level of compliance across the portfolio.

With over 35 years of experience in engineering assessment and certification, we ensure designs and facilities are compliant without compromising design intent.
