Brandon Mercado

Brandon Mercado is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in systems support and engineering. Currently serving as a Support Engineer at CCI Tech since August 2021, Brandon manages networks for over 10 SMB businesses, addresses user issues, and assists with various projects including software upgrades and data migrations. Prior experience includes a role as System Administrator at Brennan Medical Group and IT Support Technician at the County of San Benito. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from San Jose State University, completed in 2018.
