Robert Soyars Jr. has a diverse background in CAD/BIM design, photography, graphic design, and civil design services. With experience working for various companies and as a self-employed artist/designer, Robert has extensive experience in 3D modeling, rendering, architectural design, structural design, photography manipulation, graphic design, civil design using Civil 3D, GIS planning, and more. Robert's educational background includes a BS in Digital Media from ETSU and an AS in Drafting Design Technology from Northeast State Community College.

In 1984, Joyce Johnson established CAD Concepts, Inc. (the CCI in CCI Engineering Services) as a consulting enterprise.
