Chris Throop

Chris Throop is the Managing Director and Global Head of Data Science at Castleton Commodities International. Chris has a background in management consulting and financial services, having worked at Merrill Lynch and TD Ameritrade in various executive roles. At Merrill Lynch, Chris was responsible for hedge fund clients and retail brokerage products, while at TD Ameritrade Chris led business development and product strategy. Prior to that, Chris was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, where Chris worked on projects in strategy, technology, and operations. Chris Throop graduated from the University of Chicago in 1989.
