Joshua Ditman is currently the Executive Director and Head of Physical Gas Trading - Gulf Coast at Castleton Commodities International, a position held since 2025. Previously, Joshua worked at ExxonMobil from 2019 to 2021, serving as the Manager of NE Trading and Desk Head for the East. Prior to that, Joshua was employed at Constellation from 2016 to 2019, where they advanced through various roles in East Gas Trading, including Trader and Sr. Trader. Joshua earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Delaware, completing the degree in 2006.
