Tyler Stegeman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tyler started their career in the US Army, serving as a Tank Platoon Leader and later as a Battalion Logistics Officer and Detachment Commander in the 1st Cavalry Division. After leaving the military, Tyler joined the Texas Army National Guard as a Team Lead in the 71st Theater Information Operations Group. Tyler then transitioned to the private sector, working for Derrick Corporation as a Field Engineer and Product Line Manager. Tyler later joined ConocoPhillips, where they held positions such as Senior Project Engineer, Supervisor of Lower 48 Operations & Turnarounds, and Marketing Specialist in Lower 48 Commercial Gas Marketing. Currently, they are an Executive Director of Asset Operations & Optimization at Castleton Commodities International. Tyler'sexperience showcases a strong background in asset optimization, operations, engineering, and leadership.
Tyler Stegeman has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management, with a field of study in Mechanical Engineering, from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Tyler also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, which was earned between 2014 and 2016.
