Benjamin Johnson has over a decade of experience in the label manufacturing industry, currently serving as Operations Support / IT Manager at CCL Label since February 2012. In this role, Benjamin provides multidisciplinary oversight in various support areas within the Charlotte facility, focusing on project management and software development across departments. Previous positions at CCL Label include Quality and Systems Manager, NS Supply Chain Manager, and Site Manager, where responsibilities ranged from launching quality initiatives to developing logistics strategies and managing customer service for multinational clients. Benjamin started the professional journey with a 13-week internship at J.R. Cole Industries, following a dual educational background with Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration (Management) and Graphic Arts & Imaging Technology from Appalachian State University.
