Min Chen has extensive work experience in the packaging industry, specifically in the roles of marketing director at CCL Label Asia for the Home & Personal Care division and Asia sales director for home & personal care at CCL Label. Prior to that, Min Chen served as the China design center manager at Tetra Pak, a Swedish company specializing in safe and innovative packaging products.
Min Chen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from East China Normal University in 1987. From 1987 to 1989, Min pursued further studies in Business Administration and Management at the University of Science and Technology Beijing, earning a diploma for graduate study. In 1995, Min completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business at IPU New Zealand.
