Libor Kotačka is an R&D consultant and freelancer with extensive experience in applied holography, particularly for security and forensic applications. They served as R&D manager at Optaglio from 2005 to 2016, where they handled over 20 patent families and consulted on various optics and photonics topics. Previously, they worked as an R&D manager at Optiwave and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Ecole Polytechnique Montreal. Currently, Libor is an R&D Project Manager and consultant at CCL Secure. Libor earned a Ph.D. in physical and mechanical engineering from TU Brno and has studied nonlinear optics at Twente University.
