Founded in 1991, the Canadian Centre for Language and Cultural Studies (CCLCS) is a leading charitable organization dedicated to empowering people through language, culture, and community.  Based in Toronto, CCLCS offers high-quality LINC English classes, TESL teacher training (Teaching English as a Second Language, also known as TEFL, TESOL, TEAL, etc.), and professional development opportunities for ESL educators.
