Daniel Carroll has over 15 years of experience in various roles, primarily in marketing and customer service. Currently serving as a Marketing Coordinator and Intellectual Properties Associate at CCLI since August 2015, Daniel possesses a strong understanding of licensing, copyright laws, royalties, and contracts, alongside expertise in handling complex royalty processes. Prior to this, Daniel worked as a Service Activations Technician I at Integra Telecom from March 2008 to May 2015, where responsibilities included provisioning and activating voice and data services for clients. Earlier experience includes a role as Team Lead of the Media Department at Best Buy, where Daniel managed video games, movies, and music inventory, as well as a Shift Leader position at Hollywood Entertainment, focusing on customer service and sales operations. Daniel graduated from Mountain View High School in 2001.
