Mitchell Malfitano has extensive experience in operations and collections, currently serving as the Director of Operations, Core and Portfolio Manager at CCMR3 since January 2020, after previously holding the position of Collections Team Lead. Prior to CCMR3, Mitchell worked at BHG Financial from November 2014 to December 2019, also in collections roles, including Collections Team Lead and Payment Solutions Specialist. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Call Center Representative at Dig Safely New York Inc. from May 2009 to August 2011. Educationally, Mitchell obtained a Bachelor's degree from SUNY Brockport, attended Onondaga Community College, and studied at Canisius University, with foundational education completed at Liverpool High School.
