Shannon Hansen

Shannon Hansen is currently the Portfolio Team Lead at CCMR3, a role they have held since 2020. Previously, Shannon served as the General Manager at Irondequoit Wellness Center from 2013 to 2015, overseeing daily operations, including payroll and customer service. From 2015 to 2020, they worked as a Team Supervisor at ConServe. Prior to that, Shannon managed two Coach locations from 1996 to 2013, where they were responsible for various operational aspects. Shannon studied Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management at Finger Lakes Community College from 1992 to 1994.
