Perry Speth

Perry Speth has extensive experience in the correctional field, currently serving as a National Board Member for the Correctional Peace Officers Foundation Inc. since February 2021. Speth has been with the California Correctional Peace Officers Association (CCPOA) since January 1987, holding various prominent roles, including Executive Emeritus, State Secretary, and Bylaws Committee Chairman. With over 20 years on the Bylaws Committee, Speth has significantly contributed to the development of Standard Operations Procedures and Bylaws. Additionally, Speth has held multiple leadership positions in the Paso Robles Chapter, including President and Vice President. Prior to this, Speth worked as a Youth Correctional Counselor for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation from May 1984 to February 2012. Education was pursued at Cuesta from 1981 to 1982.
