Stephen B. Walker brings nearly four decades of frontline and leadership experience across the Marine Corps, correctional institutions, and national nonprofit platforms. They currently serve as an Executive Board member for Desert Water Correctional Outreach and are actively involved with Inside Circle, the Black Youth Leadership Project, the California Alliance for Advancement Political Action Committee, and several other organizations. Previously, Stephen held key roles such as Director of Correctional Health and Director of Governmental Affairs for the California Correctional Peace Officers Association. Their work emphasizes human-centered progress and aims to amplify overlooked voices within systemic challenges.
