Accredited by the Irish National Accreditation Board (INAB), CCQS operates as a European Union Notified Body (No.2834) for CE Marking under the PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425, the Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, and the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive 2014/30/EU.

Through its UK entity, CCQS is also designated by the UK Government as an Approved Body (No. 1105) for UKCA Marking under the corresponding UK regulations, including Personal Protective Equipment Regulations (Regulation (EU) 2016/425 as brought into UK law and amended, Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008, and the Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2016.
