Tom Passon

Tom Passon is an experienced project and program manager in the software implementation sector, particularly within the insurance and governance, risk, and compliance industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at CCS connects since August 2021, Tom oversees large-scale software implementation projects. Previously, Tom held key roles at SAI Global Risk & Ethics and Compliance Learning, Nasdaq BWise, and BWise GRC, including positions such as Program Manager and Head of Partner Enablement. Tom's career began as a consultant at Deloitte, following a solid educational background with an MBA in Business & IT from Nyenrode Business Universiteit and an MSc in Information Management from Radboud University.
