Lien Dinh

Lien Dinh has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR European Lead at CCS Cleaning since May 2015. This role involves supporting management to enhance organizational quality and efficiency, contributing positively to business results. Previously, Lien Dinh was the Human Resources Manager at DSS Holding (DeSlegte Selexyz Polare) from April 2008 to April 2014, overseeing HR strategic plans for a workforce of 700 employees and being part of the management team at Boekhandel De Slegte. Lien Dinh began a career at RSM Erasmus University as an assistant from October 2004 to July 2008, supporting IT services in the Faculty of (International) Business Administration. Educationally, Lien Dinh holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, completed in 2008.
