Dev Shaw

Dev Shaw currently serves as Senior Director at CCS Fundraising, a position held since July 2022. Previously, Dev amassed significant experience at the American Red Cross, starting as a Donor Development Officer and advancing through various roles, including Senior Program Manager for the Fundraising Cohort Program. In these positions, responsibilities included leadership of multiple communities of practice, strategy development for major gift solicitations, and successful execution of regional fundraising events. Prior roles at Florida International University included Online Enrollment Associate and Student Fundraiser, focusing on enhancing student engagement and securing donations. Dev holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and Affairs and Political Science and Government from Florida International University and is equipped with extensive skills in fundraising, event planning, and donor engagement.
