Robert Caunt has over 25 years of experience in research and operations management. At CCS Insight, since March 2008, Robert has held the roles of Vice President Operations and Publishing Director, overseeing the management and distribution of research materials. Prior to this, from July 1997 to February 2008, Robert served as a Senior Business Writer at Gartner, focusing on writing and editing research in IT services, mobile communications, and semiconductors.
