Chuck Neild, CSM, is an experienced professional in workforce management and business services, currently serving as the Workforce Manager for the Community College System of New Hampshire since August 2022. In this role, Chuck directs outreach strategies and cultivates industry relationships to develop apprenticeships and training programs. Concurrently, as the Business Services and Support Manager for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, Chuck supervises a team, manages hiring, and facilitates a national program aimed at small business growth. Previously, Chuck held senior management roles at SUN Microsystems/Oracle Corp., focusing on customer support for communication application technologies, and at Nortel Networks, where significant responsibilities included managing key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction on a global scale. Chuck holds an MBA from Lesley University and a BS in Business Administration from North Adams State College.
