At CD coaching, we provide either face to face or online coaching sessions in the following areas: 
- Life/existential (finding out who you really are: your values, your true identity)
- Career (whether you are looking for a new job, wondering what the next steps are or finding out what your skills are and who your perfect employer might be)
- Communication (how to improve relationships at work, with friends and family, how to be more assertive)
- procrastination
- imposter syndrome (not good enough)
- Group and Team coaching
- Executive coaching

Together, we identify your goals, your strengths, your limiting beliefs and other obstacles and determine steps and way forward. We also go deep into the unknown, questions that you might have never asked yourself. Therefore, you must be prepared to be challenged (positively) and ready to change and embarque in a collaborative journey.

Our work can be done face to face, online or on the phone. Each contract is set up according to your needs. Hourly rates range from £50 for students to £200 for companies.
