Sandy Otten

Sandy Otten has extensive experience in the field of total rewards and compensation. They have held various leadership positions throughout their career, starting as a Benefits Outsourcing Delivery Group Manager and Compensation Leader at Hewitt from 1995 to 2005. They then moved on to roles such as Global Compensation Leader at Rexam, Director of Global Compensation at SGK, and Total Rewards Director at Echo Global Logistics. Sandy has also served as the Director of Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. In 2019, they joined Relativity as a Total Rewards specialist before taking on the role of Director of Total Rewards at PEAK6 in 2020. Sandy is currently the Sr. Director of Total Rewards, HRIS, and Payroll at C&D Technologies, where they continue to bring their expertise in managing compensation and benefits programs.

Sandy Otten holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Sandy also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University. In addition to their degrees, Sandy is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), both obtained from WorldatWork. Sandy attended Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School, although no degree or field of study is specified.
