Angela McDermott is currently working as the Head of Programmes and Impact at WasteAid. Angela is also a Technical Expert in Programme Management with a focus on waste reduction and creating livelihoods. Additionally, Angela serves as an Expert Trainer in Project Management at UnLtd and holds the position of Chair on the Funding Committee for the Humanitarian Innovation Fund at Elrha. With previous experience in various roles at organizations such as CDAC Network, CARE International, and Merlin, Angela has a strong background in emergency response, programme management, and capacity building. Angela holds a Master's degree in Biology & Control of Disease Vectors from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
