From it’s humble beginning in 2002, with two employees and a single Vermeer 7114 directional drill, to its explosive growth today, CDB has been your expert in the underground utility arena.  In 2012, because of the demand from their customers, they expanded their operation to include splicing services to help city governments and large communication companies meet their customers growing needs. Today, CDB has expanded it’s workforce to almost three times it’s original size to meet their customers ever expanding needs. CDB services clients all over Iowa and Western Illinois.
