Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at CDC Designs oversees the planning, execution, and completion of interior design projects for model homes, apartment communities, sales offices, and leasing centers. They coordinate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Each member specializes in either multi-family or single-family studios, ensuring focused and expert project management specific to the type of development.
