Jibril Alim

Senior Epidemiologist IV

Jibril Alim is a PhD candidate at the University of Illinois-Chicago and a Komen Breast Cancer Fellow. Previously, Jibril coordinated HIV prevention programs at the AIDS Resource Center Ohio and served as an OMH Health Equity Fellow with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Jibril has held various roles in public health, including a Senior Epidemiologist IV with the CDC Foundation, where they supervise a data team and conduct analyses related to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. Jibril earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from The Ohio State University, a Master's degree in Epidemiology from Georgia State School of Public Health, and a PhD in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
