Allison Brown

Regional Technical Advisor for Epidemic and Pandemic Threats, South America

Allison Brown is currently serving as the CDC Regional Technical Advisor for Epidemic and Pandemic Threats in South America and as the CDC Country Representative in Chile. As a Director at the Office of Laboratory Strategies and Analytics, DHQP, they have contributed significantly to public health and epidemiology. They hold a PhD from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and have held various roles, including Senior Epidemiologist and Deputy Team Lead for NARMS, and have served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University since 2016.
