Alycia Downs

Alycia Downs is a public health communications professional with extensive experience at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). They served as a Health Communications Fellow and later held various senior roles, including Deputy Associate Director for Communication Science and Senior Advisor in Health Communications. Alycia earned a Master of Public Health from Emory University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. They contributed significantly to health communication strategies across multiple divisions at the CDC from 2007 to 2009.
