Ben Rogers is currently the Acting Deputy Chief AI Officer at the CDC, specializing in data science and AI technology in public health. They completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Statistics and a Master’s degree in Data Science from the University of Virginia. Previously, Ben held positions as an ORISE Fellow and Data Scientist at the National Center for Health Statistics and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Their experience also includes serving as a Crew Leader for Habitat for Humanity and as a Server at Waffle House, Inc.
