Bill Porter is a Senior Public Health Advisor for the International Ebola Task Force at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) since 2015. Previously, they served as the Director of Security and Emergency Preparedness at the CDC from 1995 to 2011 and retired as the Director of Security and Emergency Management from 2011 to 2015. Bill holds a Juris Doctor degree from Woodrow Wilson College of Law and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Operations at North Georgia College and State University.
