Christopher Cappelli

Christopher Cappelli is a Senior Advisor to the Director in the Division of Global HIV & TB at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where they lead the analysis of epidemiologic and programmatic data for a $2.2 billion program across 46 countries. They have over a decade of experience in applied research and evaluation, specializing in both quantitative and qualitative methods, particularly in education and global health programs. With a PhD in Educational Policy Studies from Georgia State University and a Master of Public Health from Emory University, they have contributed to significant evaluations and research projects throughout their career. Earlier roles include positions at Georgia Institute of Technology, Columbia University, and Emory University, where they focused on program evaluation and public health initiatives.
