Fazle Khan

CDC Country Director

Fazle Khan is a seasoned public health professional who currently serves as the Country Director at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. With a Master of Public Health from East Tennessee State University, Fazle previously worked as a Medical Epidemiologist at the Missouri Department of Health from 2003 to 2007, providing consultation on disease control and epidemiological investigations. In 2013, Fazle directed program activities at the CDC aimed at strengthening health systems and reducing the HIV epidemic in Southern Sudan. Fazle's educational background includes a medical degree from Mymensingh Medical College and an HSC in Science from Mirzapur Cadet College.
