Frank Chen

Frank Chen, PharmD, MS HCM, BCPS, CPBS, LSSGB, is currently the Pharmacy Benefits Team Lead for the CDC/NIOSH/World Trade Center Health Program, where they oversee healthcare operations and policy in public health. They have extensive experience in clinical pharmacy and operations management, previously serving as Associate Chief of Pharmacy at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and in adjunct faculty positions at The University of Texas at Austin and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Frank holds a post-professional Master’s in Health Care Management from Johns Hopkins University, a Doctor of Pharmacy, and a Bachelor’s in Neuroscience. Their commitment to corporate integrity and servant leadership is reflected in their multifaceted approach to improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
