Fred Smith

Fred Smith served as the Regional Director for Central Asia at Eurasia Foundation from 1994 to 1997 and held various leadership roles at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from 2008 to 2012, including Senior Technologist and Branch Chief. They were also a Senior Vice President at Moonbow Software, Inc. from 1997 to 2005 and worked as a Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman from 2005 to 2008. Earlier in their career, Fred was a Resident Advisor at the American Council of Teachers of Russian and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The Ohio State University. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science degree at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
