Heather Johnson is an experienced user experience consultant with a strong background in digital strategy and design. Currently serving as a Principal User Experience Consultant at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since June 2012, Heather has led user experience initiatives for significant projects including the Covid-19 and Zika websites, focusing on strategy, research, and design.
