Heidi Davidson is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in epidemiology and infectious disease control. Currently serving as a Public Health Advisor and Epidemiologist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since November 2009, Davidson previously worked as the Infectious Disease Coordinator for the DeKalb County Board Of Health from January 2006 to November 2009 and held the position of Epidemiologist at the Gwinnett, Newton, and Rockdale County Health Departments from October 2001 to January 2006. Davidson holds a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree in Epidemiology from Emory University and has a foundational education from North Carolina State University.
