Jake Conley, MPH, CPH, has extensive experience in public health and community engagement. As a Community Engagement Coordinator at Mary's Place, Jake provided crisis management for families facing homelessness and developed volunteer programs. At Middle College High School, Jake co-created lesson plans focusing on financial literacy and social justice for at-risk students while also implementing health outreach programs. In a role as a Public Health Advisor at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Jake worked on tuberculosis control and conducted outreach in homeless shelters. Jake further contributed as a Media Analysis/Relations Specialist at FEMA, assisting in federal disaster response and collaboration with various communities. Educationally, Jake holds a Master of Public Health with a focus on Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from the University of South Florida, alongside degrees in Cultural Anthropology from Seattle University and the University of Kent.
