Jonathan S. Yoder is an experienced Epidemiologist specializing in infectious disease preparedness and innovation at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. They have over 18 years of expertise in public health, having responded to significant outbreaks such as Ebola and COVID-19, and have published more than 95 scientific articles. Jonathan previously served as a Deputy Director in the Division of Infectious Disease Readiness and Innovation, leading key public health initiatives and surveillance systems. They earned dual Master’s degrees in Public Health and Social Work from the University of South Florida.
