Kendra Cox

Kendra Cox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health education and communication. Currently serving as a Health Education Specialist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since June 2020, Kendra is responsible for content development and project management within Project Firstline. Previous roles include Creative Mastermind at Welcome to Square One and Program Analyst at Eagle Medical Services, LLC, where analytical skills were honed. Kendra spent two decades at Cambridge Communications as a Senior Scientific and Technical Writer/Editor, producing reports for the CDC and managing writing teams. Additional experience includes a role as Corporate Wellness Director at WellWorX Sportsplex and candidacy for the Roswell City Council. Kendra holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Drama from Duke University and a Master of Arts in Southern Studies from the University of Mississippi.
