Leigh Hurst

Leigh Hurst is a seasoned Learning & Development professional with over 30 years of experience, currently serving as a Relationship Manager for TrainingPros, a WBENC certified, 100% woman-owned company. Leigh is the founder of the Feel Your Boobies Foundation, established after a breast cancer diagnosis in 2004, focused on educating young women about breast health. Additionally, Leigh is an Advisory Committee Member for the CDC's Advisory Committee for Breast Cancer in Young Women, contributing to evidence-based approaches for awareness and prevention. As an author and keynote speaker with Say Something Big, Leigh advocates for impactful communication. Previous roles include Director of Teaching & Learning at Frontline Education and Senior Consultant at Accenture. Leigh holds a Master’s degree in Learning Sciences/Simulation Technologies from Northwestern University, a Master’s in Instructional Design from Florida State University, and a Bachelor’s in Corporate Communications from Ithaca College.
