Lottie Sam

Lottie Sam is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, outreach, and finance. Currently serving as a Contact T at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since August 2020, Lottie also holds the position of Education and Outreach Specialist with the Yakama Nation, a role started in October 2017. Previous experience includes ten years as an Account Technician at the Yakama Nation, managing accounts receivable and payable along with financial reporting. Lottie has a strong foundation in early childhood education, having worked as a Site Supervisor at Yakama Nation Head Start, where responsibilities included supervision and training of staff in preschool literacy. An early career as a Lead Cook for Lottie Sam & Family involved preparing meals for large groups. Lottie earned an Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education from Heritage University between 2007 and 2009.
