Mark Otto, MSPH, REHS, CP-FS, DAAS, currently serves as a Readiness Coordinator at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since August 2021 and has held the position of Environmental Health Officer with the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service since August 2017. Prior experience includes roles as an Environmental Health Specialist at the FDA from August 2017 to August 2021 and as an Environmental Health Officer with the US Navy and United States Marine Corps, where Mark directed health and sanitation efforts at multiple Defense Department installations and oversaw health protection for thousands of military personnel. Mark Otto holds a Master's Degree in Public Health from the Uniformed Services University, a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health from The University of Georgia, and an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Gainesville College.
