Nigel Sims

Nigel Sims is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health communications and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Health Communications Specialist at Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies since February 2020, Nigel also holds a position as an Administrative Specialist with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since December 2019. Previous experience includes roles as a Personal Banker II at Wells Fargo, a Client Service Associate at SunTrust Bank, and a Fellowship Intern with the Michelle Nunn Campaign. Nigel's background in public affairs and journalism with the United States Air Force has been complemented by educational achievements, including a Master of Public Health from Capella University and a degree in Political Science from Kennesaw State University.
