Ryan Jackson

Ryan Jackson, MPH, is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) since October 2015, currently serving as a COVID-19 Response Policy Advisor. Responsibilities include developing documents for congressional hearings, managing databases on Congressional members for CDC leadership briefings, reviewing correspondence related to updates and information requests, and overseeing tracking systems of congressional interactions. Previously, Ryan has held roles such as Public Health Policy Advisor, Chief Health Equity Officer Unit Policy Team Lead, and Public Health Associate, contributing significantly to appropriations management, health equity initiatives, and emergency response planning, including during the Zika virus outbreak.
