Sonya King-Colbert

Sonya King-Colbert, MBA, CGFM, currently serves as an Accountant at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where responsibilities include providing analytical support for the Financial Reporting Team and participating in financial statement reporting by preparing and analyzing SF133 statements. Prior experience includes a role as a Finance Manager at BearingPoint, managing general accounting functions and coordinating the monthly closing process, as well as previous accounting positions at McKing Consulting Corporation and Georgia-Pacific Corporation. Sonya holds an MBA with a concentration in Information Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management-Devry University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Albany State University.
