Spencer Soderlind is a results-oriented transformation leader with extensive expertise in information technology, operations, supply chain, human resources, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Transformation at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Spencer leads initiatives that drive efficiency and service delivery improvements. Previously, Spencer held various roles, including Manager at Bonneville Power Administration and Senior Analyst at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where they significantly enhanced operational processes and compliance standards. Spencer is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Sociology at Southern Oregon University while holding an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Rogue Community College.
