Stanley Phillip is currently serving as Branch Chief at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention after previously holding the position of Deputy Branch Chief. With extensive experience in public health, Stanley worked as a Territorial Director for the STD/HIV/TB Program for the USVI Government and as a Regional Public Health Supervisor with the North Carolina Department of Public Health. Their earlier roles included serving as a Disease Intervention Specialist at the Broward County Public Health Unit. Stanley is in the process of completing a Doctorate in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and a Master of Health Administration at Central Michigan University, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Rhode Island College.
