Timothy DeVita

Timothy DeVita, MD, is a Medical Epidemiologist at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, focusing on HIV care and treatment. They serve as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Emory University Department of Medicine. Previously, Timothy was a Congressional Fellow with the U.S. House of Representatives and worked as a consultant with UNICEF, contributing to initiatives on maternal, child, and adolescent health in the Middle East and North Africa. Timothy completed their residency in Internal Medicine with a focus on HIV at Yale and has engaged extensively in public health responses, including epidemics and health policy.
